Submit Materials for Inclusion

Thank you for your interest in donating materials to the Vietnam Archive for inclusion on the Riverine Warfare site. There are several ways you can donate materials to this project:

1) Online Material Donation Form: This online form will allow you to provide your contact information as well as a description of the materials you are interested in donating. PLEASE NOTE: If you use this form, be sure to include in the contents description that you wish this material to appear on the Riverine Warfare site.

2) Email Submission: You can submit information about the materials you want to donate to this project or request additional information directly from the Vietnam Archive by sending us an email message.

3) Regular Mail Submission: You can submit materials to us via regular mail. If you would like to submit materials in this manner, please send us an email message first (see 2 above) or call us at 806-742-9010 so we can coordinate receiving your donation.

When you donate materials for inclusion on the Riverine Warfare site, a collection will be created in your name that will become part of the the Vietnam Archive. Any materials you donate will be a part of your collection. Vietnam Archive staff will care for and preserve your collection materials using the same archival practices and procedures used to preserve all of the materials in the Vietnam Archive. In that way, your materials will be available to teachers, students, scholars, and researchers for many generations to come and they will always remain a recognizable part of your collection within the Vietnam Archive. Once your collection is established, you can then feel free to submit additional materials for inclusion and preservation at any time.
